What things need to be done once a service is over and has been live streamed?

Technically, nothing needs to be done after a LIVE stream has ended, however there are some things we are doing to make our YouTube recordings more attractive, tidy and standardised, and to help God's message reach more people.

Note that all the following activities will need a YouTube account, most via YouTube Studio, either using Freeway's account, or your own, with assigned authority.

Yes!

We need to show this on screen when either the song Title or the first lyrics are displayed.

Can we play recorded Christian music before or after services?

Yes! We pay a license fee to "OneMusic Australia (on behalf of PPCA and APRA-AMCOS)" to enable this.

Can I take sheet music home to practice?

Yes, we have a subscription which allows us to do this,

but NO, we cannot Live-Stream this content all.

Can we play YouTube videos in our church gatherings?

As this is considered a public performance, showing and streaming YouTube content is not allowed.

If we get permission from the owner/publisher of the work, then it may be possible to show it onsite, but not to stream or leave it in the YouTube videos on our channel/.
