How do I prove I am Vaccinated?

To prove you are vaccinated you can either

1. Install digital certificate into the Services Victoria App on your phone
   or
2. Download/Save/Print a PDF version of your vaccination status.

For both options you will need a login to my.gov.au

For this option you will also need

• A smart phone
• The Services Victoria App installed (most of us should have this now)

Download/Save/Print a PDF version of your vaccination status.

1. login to https://my.gov.au/
2. Go to the Mediare section
3. Access the “Proof of vaccination” section
4. View History
5. View COVID-29 digital certificate (PDF).
6. Save the PDF and email it if you need to
7. or print it and carry it with you
