To import a 1.1 Gb file I had to split the video file into 500 Mb (my choice) chunks,

you will either need to ask Steve to do this for you, or find a tool which does that, e.g. AVS4YOU Video converter.

Inside Proclaim, you then need to add a VIDEO teem for each of the resulting smaller files, and make sure you set the follow options
